Section one: About Us
We are heaven Sense Healing (HSHT)this website is managed by Theresa Wilkes and the website owners are Wix.com.
We are registered in the UK under company address and registered office at 55 Sebright Road, Wolverley, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 5UA.
We are a small professional business providing you with a high quality standard of training. We provide a small friendly environment, to support you in your personal educational growth within complementary therapy. Classes are kept small allowing 1-2-1 tuition with accreditation through the International Guild of Complementary Therapists (IGCT), which means that all our courses can gain insurance and membership.
Section Two: Our Policies
Please read these terms and conditions, as your contract starts from the date that you book your course or workshop online or by phone and it is legally binding.
It is the responsibility of the learner to ensure that the course or workshop you apply for is suitable for your requirements and that you have read the pre-requisite qualifications and the competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the chosen course.
HSHT reserves the right to reschedule or change the location of the course or workshop and, in this unlikely event, will offer you an agreed alternative date. Or a refund on workshops, Courses will always be rescheduled as a 1-2-1.
Section Three: Personal Data
All your personal details will be kept private and confidential and at no time will they be shared with other companies unless in cases where we are required to by law.
Section Four: Right to Cancel
In accordance with the DSA 2000 Regulations, you do have a 7 day “cooling off” period, which states specifically that “any cancellation must be made in writing within 7 days of your booking”. After this period, all booking fees are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract in writing within 7 days, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible less transaction administration fees.
Refund Policy
•All booking fees are Non-refundable after 7 days
•All courses / Workshops cancelled up to 14 days before the course start date: 100% of the fee still applies (no refund will be given).
•All courses/ Workshops cancelled less than 7 days before the course start date: 100% of the fee still applies. (No refund will be given)
•No show on the date of the course/ workshop: 100% of the fee still applies (no refund will be given)
•No refunds given once course work is issued for home study.
Section Five: Disclaimer
This course is taught to a high standard throughout, it does not diagnose medical conditions and should not be treated as a substitute for medical care. Contra indications and benefits are discussed as part of the course but are not intended to represent medical advice, nor be deemed as a treatment to cure or prevent disease.
HSHT accept no liability for injury or loss to person or property throughout.
HSHT holds no responsibility for damage caused by you to another person after you have received your training.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSHT accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of this website, or any information contained therein.
It is the learner’s responsibility to check that your insurance and membership will cover you for the course.
Section Six: Booking a Course/ workshop with HSHT
Please contact us through the link Enrol-Me fill in the enrollment form and we will send you the booking form, read it through, fill it in with all the relevant information, this helps to prepare your training day, and it also allows the tutor to see what other information we may need. Emailing a copy of your main therapy qualification may be requested on application..
It is your responsibility as the student to ensure that you book the correct course for your needs -HSHT is not responsible and cannot be held accountable if you book onto a course that does not meet your needs.
A booking fee is required to secure your place, a 7 day pause before manuals are sent to you 'the learner' (allowing 7 days cooling off period) and then full payment within 14 days of practical training day. If payment is not received it will be requested again, if not paid within 48 hours after contact from the training provider your training day maybe cancelled. It is the learners responsibility to keep in contact with the training provider.
Paying for your course
You can pay for the course by PayPal or by Bank transfer or if you’re local you can pay by cash in hand. Details will be emailed to you once the booking form is received. Any payments made online through PayPal or Bank transfer is the responsibility of the person to make sure the payment is made correctly. HSHT will not be responsible for errors made when purchasing.
Section Seven: Training Schedule for Courses

After your booking fee is paid you will receive your training manual/s after 7 days cooling off period. It will be sent to you along with your questionnaire paper. After you have read and completed your questionnaire of which you are required to reach a 70% or above mark, if you have not already you will be required to pay the outstanding balance no later than 14 days prior to training day.

Once you have successfully completed your home studies you will be ready to attend your practical training day/days.
You will be expected to turn up on time for the course, the tutor is generally available for up to 30 minutes prior to the course start time.
The tutor will refuse teaching a learner if the learner is considered/deemed to be affected by alcohol or recreational drugs.
Any medical conditions should be discussed prior to the course, and noted on your booking form. You should be prepared to give and receive treatments throughout the course to complete and be deemed competent. The tutor can refuse to pass the practical training session if the learner is not proficient, addition training can be arrange for a small additional cost to the learner.

•Minimum jewellery
•Long hair tied back.
•Bring slippers or fluffy socks for comfortable practical wear/soft shoe.
•Any items left will need to be picked up. If they are posted out HSHT holds no responsibility to them arriving and a fee will be charged for postage. Items will be kept safe for collection.

After you have successfully completed your training day you are required to complete a set of case studies for certain courses which will need to be sent and marked before certification can be given. You be provided with a template to use for these case studies no alternative will be accepted.
Section Eight: Protected by Copyright
Course manual/s
The course manual is the registered property of Heaven Sense Healing and Training under Theresa Wilkes and is protected by copyright. You cannot reproduce any of the manual without express written permission from us. You will be in breach of the contract by using the manual or teaching the subject from the manual and we will take legal action against you.
The course manuals are emailed to you (to reduce the costs for the learner), if you wish to have your manual/s printed by us and sent via post this will incur an extra administration fee. Check with booking as different courses have a different number of pages. An example: 20-page booklet @30p per colour page plus plastic covers would cost £6 plus administration and postage fees would then be added on top.
