Relaxing Healing Therapy

Healing therapy consists of hand positions held for a few minutes over or on the body with slight of touch this is called, The Laying on of Hands. You will be fully clothed and will be immersed in a peaceful relaxing state. Eyes closed, allowing the healing time to release stress, bringing about a sense of euphoric freedom to the mind, body and soul. Benefits can aid emotional stress and anxieties, improve physical pain and mental tension as well as improving spiritual balance. Sessions can include Sound Healing too.

 

Usui Reiki Healing

The Usui System of Natural Healing - is a Japanese healing art, formed by Mikao Usui over 100 years ago. This Reiki System provides a deep relaxing healing state that can be performed from a distance as well as in person.

 

Bio Sonic Sound Healing

Tuning Forks are used as part of this healing session along with Usui Reiki, working with overtones to create are harmonic flow of sound vibration to alter the body's  frequency  releasing blockages and aiding natural flow;  helping to balance and create a peaceful state to the mind, body and spirit. Also supporting this session we use other sound healing tools too; the Tibetan Bowl and Chimes as they create an additional frequency which aids grounding and clearing.

Violet Flame Healing

The Violet Flame is the beautiful ancient healing channel of Quan Yin, in Buddhism she is the goddess of compassion. Her energy is soft and caring, bringing about a warm caring re-balance.

 

Ahara Egyptian Reiki Healing

Egyptian energy healing system, to cleanse, heal and re-energise the body, mind and spirit. By initiating the Sun God Ra, Goddess Isis and Goddess Bast, this very beautiful healing energy can be given in person or from a distance as well.

Relaxing Foot Therapy

Oriental Thai Foot Reflex with Rosewood Stick

This Thai reflexology starts with refreshing the feet, then using a blend of essential oil we connect with the energy Sen lines on the legs and feet. Working  them wrapped and unwrapped we massage and use touch points before we then carry out a Thai reflexology on the feet using the rosewood stick. This also includes sound healing to clear the auric field and to close the healing at the end.

Start with a quick skin cleanse to the face for aromatherapy oil drainage massage. Ear candles can heighten spiritual connection, help clear sinus issues, warm and massage the middle ear to aid wax breakdown, great before and after flying.
