Relaxing Healing Therapy
Healing therapy consists of hand positions held for a few minutes over or on the body with slight of touch this is called, The Laying on of Hands. You will be fully clothed and will be immersed in a peaceful relaxing state. Eyes closed, allowing the healing time to release stress, bringing about a sense of euphoric freedom to the mind, body and soul. Benefits can aid emotional stress and anxieties, improve physical pain and mental tension as well as improving spiritual balance. Sessions can include Sound Healing too.
Usui Reiki Healing
The Usui System of Natural Healing - is a Japanese healing art, formed by Mikao Usui over 100 years ago. This Reiki System provides a deep relaxing healing state that can be performed from a distance as well as in person.

Oriental Thai Foot Reflex with Rosewood Stick
This Thai reflexology starts with refreshing the feet, then using a blend of essential oil we connect with the energy Sen lines on the legs and feet. Working them wrapped and unwrapped we massage and use touch points before we then carry out a Thai reflexology on the feet using the rosewood stick. This also includes sound healing to clear the auric field and to close the healing at the end.

Auricular Ear Candling
Ear Candling is a 60-minute session in total with about 15min additional healing onto the ear candling.
Start with a quick skin cleanse to the face for aromatherapy oil drainage massage. Ear candles can heighten spiritual connection, help clear sinus issues, warm and massage the middle ear to aid wax breakdown, great before and after flying.
Additional added healing can be Reiki or Extended Aromatherapy Massage, Please ask Theresa.

( pronounced as in Batch) Bach Original Flower Remedies are made up of 38 flower essences made from wild flowers, trees and bushes, capturing the positive potential of the plants they're made from. the essences are easy and gentle to use and ca be tailored to meet your own individual needs.
